Motherhood is hard. Getting into the Word shouldn’t be.
Motherhood is one of the most exhilarating experiences imaginable, but it is also one of the most challenging. As moms we often feel emotionally and spiritually drained, facing daily battles with sleep deprivation, self-doubt, and strong-willed toddlers. We know Jesus is our source of refreshment, but it can feel impossible to connect with Him. After all, it’s hard enough to find time to shower…how are we supposed to find time to read our Bible?
As Mamas ourselves, we understand this tension all too well! That’s why, in May of 2020, we began sharing hand-lettered Scripture and our mama-focused devotions on Facebook and Instagram! We wanted to create a space that would help moms like us engage with Scripture every day! And now, with our printed New Mercies Devotional Cards, you can display God’s Word anywhere in your own home, and engage with our devotion and journaling prompts throughout the week!
Jesus is not far off, Mama. He’s in this with you! Our greatest prayer is that our devotions would help you experience the refreshment you need in the time you have. Thank you for allowing us to walk alongside you in this glorious calling of motherhood!
Press on, Mama!
